About HR Quality Homes

We’ve been in the construction business for 30 plus years with a lot of residential and commercial experience. As a father and son team, we’ve been tossing the idea of becoming home builders in the north for several years. Once we realized that good trades people are hard to come by, becoming a dealer / modular home supplier made more sense to both of us the more we thought about it.

We conducted research on many of the modular home companies out there and Guildcrest Homes seemed to be the right fit for us. The company is well established, well organized and they take pride in their home builds as well as the clients they build them for.
